Welcome to SitePulse. This guide will walk you through the steps to get started as a new user.

  1. Register as a user. Creating a SitePulse user account is always free.
  2. Join an organization account. An organization account is a shared workspace where your team can access and manage insights.

    1. Create an account if you are responsible for managing team members and the analytics budget.
    2. Or accept an invitation to join an existing organization account.
  3. Add your custom locations once you are part of an organization account.

    • Create an Insight Location: Draw a radius around your location to analyze visitor and pedestrian activity. This is recommended for lower-speed environments such as restaurants and retail stores. Drive-by traffic is included but is less detailed than with a dedicated Traffic Location.
    • Create a Traffic Location: Select a section of roadway to analyze high-speed traveler activity. This is recommended for locations near highways, such as billboards.

After you submit your locations, SitePulse will review them and provide feedback. Once approved, you’ll be able to view insight packet pricing for each location.

Pricing is based on visitor volume and overall traffic activity. Locations are categorized into four tiers: Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. For example, a large retail store with heavy foot traffic, like a Walmart, would typically fall into the Large tier.

For more details on location sizing and pricing, visit the “Solutions” pages on the SitePulse website.

  4. Access your locations through the Overview Map or the Insight Location and Traffic Location pages.
  5. Insight packets are purchased using Credits, SitePulse’s internal currency, designed to help you manage your analytics budget.

    1. Administrators can purchase Credit bundles for the organization.
    2. All users can use available Credits to purchase data packets for approved locations.
