Go to Account and select Billing.
If you don’t see the Account section, you may not have admin access. In that case, contact your organization’s account owner.
On the Billing page, you’ll find your current credit balance and transaction history.
Select Purchase Credits to view available bundles.
Review the available bundles: Spark, Launch, Scale, and Surge.
For larger-volume options, you can contact our team for additional pricing.
Choose the bundle that fits your needs.
Use the information icon to see how much data each bundle supports based on location size and data tier.
For example, a Launch bundle can support up to 12 months of visitor and demographic insights for a medium-sized location at the Demographics tier.
Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Most customers use their credits well within this period. If you’re unsure which bundle to select, our team can help you estimate usage based on your goals.
When you’re ready, select Purchase to check out through Stripe.
You can pay by credit card for immediate access, or via ACH transfer, which typically takes 1–3 business days.
The account owner will receive a confirmation email once the credits are issued.
