If you are a SitePulse user and have questions about the platform, here is how we can help you:
- Click "Submit ticket" in the upper right corner and fill in the information.
- Once you submit a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
- If you are new to the ticket system, SitePulse will set up your Personal Support Portal for you:
- You will get a welcome email with a randomly generated password.
- Use your email and password to login and manage all your tickets in one place.
- Please note that the Support Portal account is separate from your SitePulse account, but feel free to use the same credentials.
- You can change your password under "Account -> Edit Profile" here.
- If you submit a ticket with the same name and email without logging in first, your ticket will still show up under the same Support Portal account.
- You will receive responses to your tickets from one of our lovely team members via email.
