Purchase Credits

  1. Start by going to account, then select “billing”. If you don’t see the account section, you don’t have admin access. In that case, contact your organization’s account owner.
  2. On the Billing page, you’ll see your current Credit balance and transaction history. Click Purchase Credits to view the available bundles.
  3. For new customers who have not purchased credits before, you will have "Launch", "Scale", and "Surge" bundles available. Existing customer have an additional "Boost" bundle to top-off.
  4. Choose the bundle that fits your needs. You can click the information icon to see how much data each bundle supports, based on location size and data tier. For example, if you purchase the “launch bundle”, a medium-sized location with the demographics tier can provide twelve months of visitor and demographic insights.

    Larger bundles offer greater savings, but keep in mind that Credits are valid for 365 days and must be used before they expire.

  5. When you’re ready, click Purchase to check out through Stripe. You can pay instantly with a credit card, or use ACH transfer, which typically takes one to three business days.

    The account owner will receive a confirmation email, once your Credits are issued.
