Why is My Location Denied?

Posted on 18 February 2026 02:51 pm

SitePulse provides high-quality and compliant insights. If a location does not have sufficient data, we will let you know BEFORE you make an in-app purchase.

After you submit a location, SitePulse will survey it and provide feedback. When you click on a denied location, the information panel displays the status and feedback. Locations are commonly rejected due to insufficient data availability, which may occur for several reasons:

  1. The device network and mobile dataset cover public spaces such as roadways and commercial areas. Residential areas are typically excluded for privacy reasons.
  2. Schools, hospitals, and places of worship are excluded for regulatory reasons.
  3. Unpopulated areas or regions without reliable cellular coverage may not have sufficient data points.

You may edit and resubmit a denied location or delete it entirely.
